Teaching is an important profession. A teacher assumes many roles as that of a communicator, a disciplinarian, an evaluator, a classroom manager, a conveyor of information, a role model and a decision-maker. A solid foundation is needed to perfect these skills related to teaching and also the concepts, theories and generalizations.
